What an incredible two weekends for Cambodian🇰🇭 rugby at the BKK High School field. We witnessed the vibrant energy of local Khmer school girls showcasing their skills in a thrilling Rugby 7s event, with PSE taking the trophy🏆. A true testament to the power of grassroots development in shaping the future of our sport.
The excitement continued with a series of hard-fought exhibition contact matches between two formidable teams💥: the Rahus and the Zebras with scores reflecting the fierce competition: 7-7, 14-14, 12-12, and a decisive 21-12 in the final match, crowning The Zebras as the victors🏆!
Beyond the tries and tackles, this event marked a significant milestone: the renewal and growth of the vital relationship between the Cambodia Federation of Rugby (CFR) and the Rahus🤝. This partnership is crucial for fostering rugby development across the Kingdom, providing pathways for aspiring athletes, and strengthening the sport's infrastructure💯. These events underscore the immense importance of grassroots rugby in Cambodia. By engaging young players, especially local school girls and boys.

This Sunday, 21 June, we'll be supporting the local Women's 7s League, taking part in two contact exhibition matches and a touch rugby exhibition.
