Preparing your kids for their first swimming lesson can be an exciting and rewarding experience. Here are some friendly tips to help you make the most of it:

1️⃣ Feed your child at least an hour before the session to avoid any discomfort or drowsiness. A light meal or snack is ideal.

2️⃣ Follow the schedule provided by your coach to ensure you arrive on time and make the most of your lesson.

3️⃣ Remember to pack all the necessary items, including a swimsuit, cap, goggles, towel, soap, and drinking water. Having everything you need will make the experience more enjoyable.

4️⃣ Motivate and encourage your child to stay in a positive and joyful mood. Remind them of the fun they'll have and the progress they'll make.

5️⃣ After the session, praise your child for their efforts and acknowledge their achievements. Celebrate their progress and make them feel proud of their hard work.

6️⃣ Rinse your goggles, cap, and swimsuit with clean water after each workout. Avoid rubbing the inside of the goggles to preserve the antifog coating.
