Join us for an evening exploring the powerful archetypes of Kali & Tara through Mahavidya philosophy, reflection, and embodied practice.
In the ta***ic tradition, Kali represents radical transformation; the force that cuts through illusion and what no longer serves. Tara, the compassionate guide, carries us through the unknown toward deeper wisdom and awakening.
Together they reveal the path between destruction and rebirth, fear and liberation, surrender and trust.

About 2,000 years ago, the sage Patanjali composed the Yoga Sutras — a foundational text that laid out yoga not as a physical practice, but as a complete philosophy for living. At its heart: Ashtanga, the Eight Limbs. A path with eight branches, each one a dimension of practice that extends far beyond the mat.
The poses you know — what Patanjali called Asana— are the third limb. Just one of eight.
In 60 minutes, we'll explore what each limb represents, where it comes from, and how it speaks to the way we live today — in our relationships, our habits, our attention, and our inner world. No Sanskrit required. No advanced postures. Just an open mind and a genuine curiosity.

Beyond the stones of Angkor lies another sacred world.
Phnom Kulen, the birthplace of the Khmer empire, is one of Cambodia’s most spiritual mountains; home to jungle temples, sacred waterfalls, and the ancient River of 1000 Lingams, where Shiva lingams were carved directly into the riverbed to bless the flowing water.
Just a short journey from the Angkor temples and close to Aum Yoga Center, Kulen invites a different kind of practice. One of silence, presence, and connection with the living spirit of the land.
Here, nature itself feels like meditation.
The river carries prayer.
The mountain becomes teacher. ✨

They weave a sound environment that carries you inward. You’ll be invited to dance in darkness; a safe space without mirrors, judgment, or choreography. No steps to follow, no right or wrong way to move. Just your body, your rhythm, your presence.
This is not a performance. It is an inward exploration. A chance to release, to play, to feel, and to experience dance as meditation.

Jnana mudra
This simple yet powerful hand gesture connects us to clarity, presence, and inner wisdom. With thumb and index finger gently touching, it symbolizes the union of individual consciousness with universal consciousness.
When one palm faces up and the other down, it creates a beautiful balance between receiving and grounding—inviting energy in while staying deeply rooted.
How to practice:
🪑 Sit comfortably with a tall, relaxed spine.
🤲 Rest your hands on your knees, thumb and index finger touching.
⬆️ Place one palm facing up (receptive), and the other facing down (grounding).
🌬️ Close your eyes and breathe naturally, noticing the balance within.

✨ Encourages mental clarity and awareness.
🌿 Balances inward reflection with openness to receive.
