This week at White Lotus Yoga we study Bakasana. Can you do it? It is a yoga posture also known as crow pose practiced for benefits of strengthening of your arms, wrists, shoulders and hands. It is the asana where you are going to balance your total weight on your arms, Its look very easy but very tough to do it. FREE YOGA FOR KHMER PEOPLE at www.whitelotusyoga.org

Can you do it? Eka Pada Kakasana (one-legged crane pose) is possibly the hardest arm balancing pose in Ashtanga. It is an asymmetrical arm balancing asana, part of the Ashtanga primary series. In the crow variation, the arms are bent, whereas in the more difficult crane variation, the arms are straight. The asana is believed to open several chakras including the muladhara (root chakra). Come to www.whitelotusyoga.org and find out how ;-)
