There won't be a class today - but, I've found a better location for the classes - see you on Tuesday

Today there will not be a Free Fitness Class

Yesterday, they were setting up a big event at the Park Exercise Area - so, I will need to go there today, and see which places are available to use, and are not crowded with people by 6pm

Thursday, we should be able to have our session at 17:15 - I will post the new location

Starting on Monday

We have our soft launch next week - Monday 6pm at this venue

It will be three back-to-back classes - around 60 minutes in total

There will be a promo price for visitors to this page $6 for all 3 classes

The class is still planned to be held at 17:15 - the weather is changeable so, if it is raining at 17:00, assume the class will be cancelled

Our new class at Footprint Café is due to start on Monday 18:00 - the classes at the Park Exercise Area on Tue Thu will continue

Also, I have been asked to post some workouts - basically, what we do at the park - here ǀ i am putting them together now, and will be posting them on this page

Our next FREE Body Challenge Class - all the exercise you need every couple of days, in 30 minutes

The first class was great - a couple of people attended and crushed everything . . . plus, we had someone just join us as she was passing by, and she fully took part and stayed right to the end of the class, getting the maximum benefit

Feel free to come and join in tomorrow - we are in the park, near the Public Exercise Zone. If you know the paved area, where you see groups of people dancing, that's where we are. On the maps, it's the red rectangle.

They will be held both outdoors [FREE CLASS] and at Biolab Cafe

There will be two per day:

lunchtime at Biolab Cafe

evening at Siem Reap Park/Riverside
