Life Guide Organization (LGO) is a registered Non Government Organisation (NGO) that provides educational and vocational opportunities to disadvantaged children and young adults in the Kro Bei Riel Community, Siem Reap, city /province Cambodia. Our Vision -

To create a capable and self-sufficient community by:
• Providing free quality educational and vocational opportunities to children and youth in rural communities
• Empowering children and young adults to take responsibility for their and their communities future
• Supporting and strengthening children and their families
• Promoting Equality and Unity within the community
• Assisting communities in working towards self-sufficiency and sustainability, working towards breaking free from the cycle of poverty

LGO works through an empowerment model at the grassroots level, which maintains all paid employees, are native Cambodians. LGO relies solely on funding and sponsorship from generous international contributors from all over the world and ensures that 100% of the funding goes directly into the LGO, its projects and the Kro Bei Riel Community. The majority of our funds have come from past and present volunteers fundraising efforts and also from successful funding proposals to international grant making organisations. LGO offers mainstream education aswell as tuition in subjects which are more applicable to children living in rural Cambodia, providing them transferable skills which they cannot only use within the village but that will assist them in furthering their job prospects in town or provide the opportunity to go onto higher education if they choose. Currently LGO provides Kindergarten Classes, English classes, Art & Crafts classes, Sports Education, Organic Farming, Social Work and Hospitality classes. Aswell as education on hygiene, nutrition and environmental issues. We also provide scholarships for higher education. Educational and vocational classes operate from Monday through to Friday from 7am until 7pm. On Sundays our Social Work and Community work projects are undertaken by staff and trainees. The work of LGO is not just confined to within the Centre walls. The LGO are leaders in providing sustainable community development. This includes addressing issues in the community through our Social Work project, such as - lack of education, clean water and health care. Poverty, environmental concerns, social issues and unemployment. Our aim is to continually explore ways to improve the quality of life and prosperity of the Kro Bei Riel residents.

Today, we proudly celebrate 18 years of dedication and service by the Self-Help Community Center (SHCC), now renamed Life Guide Organization (LGO).

For 18 years, we have worked with compassion and commitment to support children, youth, and communities, believing that education, guidance, and care can create a better future.

On this special occasion, as our country faces difficult times, we also stand in solidarity by providing food and essential supplies to displaced families and frontline heroes.

Thank you to all students, staff, donors, and partners who have walked this journey with us.

អបអរសាទរ ខួប ១៨ ឆ្នាំ នៃការធ្វើការងារសង្គម
អង្គការមជ្ឍមណ្ឌលសហគមន៍ជួយខ្លួនឯង (SHCC)
ឥឡូវនេះ ប្តូរឈ្មោះទៅជា “អង្គការមគ្គទេសន៍ជីវិត” (Life Guide Organization)

ថ្ងៃនេះ គឺជាឱកាសដ៏មានន័យ និងមានតម្លៃយ៉ាងខ្លាំង សម្រាប់យើងទាំងអស់គ្នា ក្នុងការចងចាំ និងអបអរសាទរ ខួប ១៨ ឆ្នាំ នៃការធ្វើការងារសង្គម ដើម្បីបម្រើសហគមន៍ ជាពិសេសកុមារ និងយុវជន។

រយៈពេល ១៨ ឆ្នាំកន្លងមកនេះ គឺពោរពេញទៅដោយការលះបង់ ការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង និងការអត់ធ្មត់ របស់សិស្ស យុវជន បុគ្គលិកជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ ព្រមទាំងម្ចាស់ជំនួយជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិទាំងអស់ ដែលបានចូលរួមដើរតាមដំណើរនេះជាមួយគ្នា ដើម្បីនាំមកនូវការផ្លាស់ប្តូរវិជ្ជមាន និងក្តីសង្ឃឹមថ្មីៗ សម្រាប់សហគមន៍របស់យើង។

ការធ្វើការងារសង្គម មិនមែនជាការងារងាយស្រួលទេ ប៉ុន្តែវាជាការងារដែលពោរពេញដោយតម្លៃមនុស្សធម៌ សេចក្តីស្រឡាញ់ ការចែករំលែក និងក្តីសង្ឃឹម។ ខួប ១៨ ឆ្នាំនេះ គឺជាភស្តុតាងនៃកម្លាំងចិត្ត និងជំនឿរបស់យើងថា ការផ្តល់អប់រំ ការណែនាំ និងការគាំទ្រយ៉ាងសមស្រប អាចបង្កើតអនាគតល្អប្រសើរសម្រាប់ជំនាន់ក្រោយបានពិតប្រាកដ។

ក្នុងឱកាសដ៏មានអត្ថន័យនេះ ខណៈដែលប្រទេសរបស់យើងកំពុងជួបប្រទះស្ថានភាពលំបាក និងជម្លោះតាមព្រំដែន យើងក៏បានរៀបចំសកម្មភាពមនុស្សធម៌ ដោយផ្តល់អាហារ ស្បៀង និងសម្ភារៈប្រើប្រាស់ចាំបាច់ ដើម្បីជួយគាំទ្រ ជនភៀសខ្លួន និងបងប្អូនវីរជនជួរមុខ ដែលកំពុងការពារអធិបតេយ្យភាព និងសុវត្ថិភាពរបស់ជាតិ។

ក្នុងនាមជាអង្គការ យើងសូមអញ្ជើញអតីតសិស្ស យុវជន បុគ្គលិក និងបងប្អូនជនរួមជាតិទាំងអស់ ចូលរួមជាមួយគ្នា ក្នុងស្មារតីសាមគ្គីភាព ក្តីស្រឡាញ់ និងការចែករំលែក ដើម្បីបន្តធ្វើល្អសម្រាប់សង្គម និងបន្តបង្កើតការផ្លាស់ប្តូរដ៏មានន័យទៅកាន់ថ្ងៃអនាគត។

ជូនដំណឹងសាធារណៈ

សូមជូនដំណឹងចំពោះបងប្អូនជនភៀសខ្លួនដែលកំពុងរងគ្រោះដោយសារការជម្លោះ និងកំពុងខ្វះខាតកន្លែងស្នាក់នៅ។ ខ្ញុំសូមអញ្ជើញបងប្អូនមកស្នាក់នៅជាបណ្តោះអាសន្ននៅកន្លែងស្នាក់របស់ខ្ញុំ ដែលអាចទទួលបានប្រហែល ២០ ដល់ ៣០ គ្រួសារ។

កន្លែងស្នាក់មានទីតាំងស្ថិតនៅភូមិទទា សង្កាត់ក្របីរៀល ក្រុងសៀមរាប ខេត្តសៀមរាប។ សូមអញ្ជើញមកស្នាក់ដោយសេរីភាព ក្រោមក្តីស្រឡាញ់ ក្តីមេត្តា និងសុវត្ថិភាពពេញលេញ។

This is to inform all displaced persons who are currently suffering due to conflict and lack of shelter. I would like to kindly invite you to temporarily stay at my residence, which can accommodate approximately 20 to 30 families.

The shelter is located in Tortea Village, Krobey Riel Commune, Siem Reap City, Siem Reap Province. You are welcome to stay in a safe environment filled with love, compassion, and freedom.
