Tavoos was conceptualised by a family of like-minded individuals from Canada, The Netherlands and Cambodia. Although each came from different walks of life, they shared an equal passion for yoga, wellness and humanitarian giving. The Tavoos family shares one vision: “Access to wellness is a basic human right, not a privilege to only those who can afford it.”
Tavoos is a center for yoga, meditation, arts, dance, ancient martial arts, as well as a place to indulge the taste buds and spoil the body with nutrition, midst its lush tropical garden.
By offering daily free yoga classes, weekly wellness & cultural retreats, as well as Yoga Alliance© accredited Teacher Training Courses, Tavoos has become the most beloved venue in South East Asia.
