Abi has been my client for a few months and I have been delighted to have her as the first woman at Srey Strength Collective private training studio! She's awesome 😎 and proud of her newly growing biceps 😁
Here is what Abi had to say about her experience.
"At the end of November last year I decided to give more time to looking after my health . All of the menopause groups I am in recommend women to do weight training and cardio. I knew I could up my cardio on my own but I needed a PT to help me do weight training. I had just met Ash Galler who was about to open her own gym especially for women. I have been working with her since December and I feel so much stronger, more flexible, my self esteem has improved and my mental health also benefits.
Ash specialises in helping women. She has just opened her gym and it is lovely. If you want to find someone who will really help you grow both physically and mentally , then Ash is your person."

Sally was excited to take a picture with her arm raised overhead because she couldn't do that when we started training.
Here is what she had to say...
"I have never been in a gym but due to my age 63 and also having had an operation for breast cancer I wanted to get a programme written for me to build my strength and also improve the range of movement in my left arm. Whilst on holiday in Siem Reap my daughter contacted Ashley and she has been my personal trainer for the last 4 weeks. I have really enjoyed the sessions and thank Ashley for her patience! I am going home feeling much more confident about joining my local gym."
I wish her all the best in her continued fitness journey.
