Good evening ladies 🙂
I'm very excited to announce that we finally have a registered pelvic health physiotherapist in Cambodia. Sadly she is located in Phnom Penh but I feel that she is well worth the visit!
Nearida is the missing link I have been looking for as she is able to assess your particular pelvic floor type through ultrasound or internal examinations.
A perinatal fitness trainer like myself is unable to see what is happening to the muscles inside you!
We have introduced ourselves and will be working together to get you the absolute best possible care.
Please reach out to Nearida directly through Movement Physio.

Postnatal rehabilitation isn't kegels, fat loss and wishful thinking.
Generalist fitness coaches will try to tell you differently to push you towards their business model.
A postnatal hatch coach is not a fitness coach who had a baby. We are not trainers who decided to call ourselves postnatal coaches. We follow a 250 page manual and 100+ video courses under the guidance of pelvic health physiotherapists in the UK. This is not an add on supplementary course. This is a complete reframing of how we consider the female body in fitness.
You cannot understand the complexities and challenges of the postnatal physique after completing a basic CPT personal training course with a four page side step to pregnancy and nothing about postnatal bodies.
I deliver structured programming for your pelvic floor under the principles of progressive overload. Learn to brace and breathe through movement safely. Build your deep core to manage diastasis recti and improve breathing patterns. Targeted muscle growth and strength in the entire lumbo-pelvic complex to support your pelvic floor.
It is also understanding that different pelvic floor types require different approaches.
What postnatal coaching is not- it is not the generic weightlifting program that a generalist coach will give you. It is not a quick fix. It is not a "bounce back" fat loss program.
Train with me to improve serious dysfunction with a seriously qualified coach.
*diastasis recti
*anterior, posterior or uterine prolapse
*leaking on impact, coughing, sneezing
*complete post natal core and lumbo-pelvic complex strengthening and alignment
Your first port of call after your pelvic health physiotherapist.

The pelvic floor is a group of muscles, arguably one of the most important muscle groups in the human body. Why haven't women been taught to train it under the principles of progressive overload?
Why does every single personal training certification completely overlook this crucial muscle and the impact it has on women's coaching? You know the answer!
Gentle movement, stretching, mobility and kegels have their place but we need to stop treating our bodies as breakable, whether post natal, post menopause or post prolapse. You can lift weights with structured progression, you can strength train, and you can build pelvic floor strength in conjunction with these movements with the right guidance. The RIGHT guidance means working with a certified postnatal coach.
Recent scientific research is changing previously misguided, restrictive and out dated ideas. Women don't need to be coddled, side-lined and dismissed by their doctors. Women need to be led, supported and empowered.
I'm one of the first fitness coaches GLOBALLY who is leading the change right here in Cambodia. There are less than 1000 of us in the world and you're probably hesitating to utilize my expertise. This opportunity won't be here forever!
We follow a symptom-led approach without strict limitations, supported by cutting edge research and taught by pelvic health physiotherapists and functional fitness (CrossFit) coaches in the UK.
If you don't want to commit- two hour consultations are available. Session one- I assess you. Session two- I assign a set of exercises and strategies to help you and you get a set of exercises to complete at home with flexibility. Only $85 gets you through the next couple of months, with the opportunity for follow up sessions @ $25 per hour.
And if you're worried about embarrassing leaks, don't be. I run a completely private studio. You. Me and an emotional support cat named Burrito.
Sessions also available at Free Form Fitness Gym.

The enso symbolises the circle of life, and the interconnectedness between all life- community.
The open circle (enso) represents humility, growth and the inevitable imperfections that exist within. The open circle also represents community, where the strength of one woman feeds into the strength of the collective. With that in mind, our project gives back to at risk Cambodian women to offer free post natal health and fitness education.
At Srey Strength Collective we do not believe in the fitness culture that demands perfection, a "bounce back," from pregnancy or a body that never changes as we age.
Pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood and mid-life are beautiful storms, filled with wild shifts and challenges that make us stronger, more resilient and imperfectly beautiful.
The enso reminds us that we are all extraordinary works in progress. It tells us that true strength is not about being flawless; it is about resilience, adaptability, and giving ourselves grace through every transition.
We train not just for the physical weight of today, but for the functional, lifelong journey of tomorrow. We sweat together, we heal together, and we grow together.
Welcome to the Women’s Strength Collective. Perfectly imperfect. Unstoppably strong.
