💪 FUNDAMENTALS TRAINING

As requested, we kicked off with the fundamentals training session once again to helped build a solid foundation for our members. Moreover, we are very delighted to see new faces joining our physical training this week and hopefully this continues.

We were having so much fun and really appreciated to our member who attended the physical training and for those who didn’t come to the training, don’t feel sad and disappointed, there will always be a another time to train. 🥺 And please try to check the group chat more often for training plan too. 😾
