What an electrifying finish to an unforgettable tournament. The finals delivered top-tier tennis, fierce competition, and standout performances across all categories.

Men’s Singles Final

Tzuriel Percival delivered a masterclass performance, defeating Watkins Chiverton 6-1, 6-1 to claim the title in dominant fashion.

Ladies Singles Final

Briella Lake was in complete control, securing a commanding 6-0, 6-0 victory over Cherika Flemming.

Mixed Doubles Final

A strong and composed showing from Tzuriel Percival and Cherika Flemming saw them defeat Ismael Silva and Briella Lake 6-4, 6-2.

Zhaheed Richards showcased skill and composure, earning a well-deserved win over Krish Bansani 6-2, 6-3.

Watkins Chiverton continues to show strength and composure with impressive wins, while Walwyn Chiverton dominates his matchups in fine style.
Tzuriel Percival keeps his momentum going with a solid victory, and Michael Duggins edges out tough competition in key rounds. 👏🏽

Briella Lake is in commanding form, securing back-to-back wins with confidence and control
Meanwhile, Cherika Flemming fought through a nail-biting battle, showing resilience and heart to come out on top!

The courts were on fire this weekend at the Sir Kennedy’s Ultra Challenge Open Tennis Tournament!
This tournament forms part of the month-long celebrations in honour of Sir Kennedy Simmonds’ 90th birthday. As our nation’s first Prime Minister and a National Hero, he led St. Kitts and Nevis into Independence in 1983 and is revered as the “Father of the Nation.” A stalwart of the sport, Sir Kennedy also played a pivotal role in elevating tennis within the Federation, bringing international competition to our shores and helping to shape its presence on the global stage. Through this tournament, we proudly honour his legacy of leadership, vision, and national pride.
From April 23rd to today, Warner Park came alive with energy, passion, and some truly competitive tennis. Players brought their A-game across all categories—delivering powerful rallies, clutch moments, and matches that kept us locked in from start to finish!

Highlights included:

-Strong performances from Briella Lake and Ismael Silva, securing solid wins in their matches

-A great showing from Cherika Flemming, dominating her encounter

-Intense battles on the men’s side with standout wins from Cadiel Wilkin and A***n Mansukhani

-Junior players stepping up and making their presence feltfuture stars in full display!

Every match told a story of determination, growth, and love for the game, and the crowd felt every moment!

Looking back… Barbados Junior International 🇧🇧

From El Salvador straight into Barbados, our players showed heart, growth, and determination every step of the way.

U14 standouts Shreya Rawat and Tzuriel Percival both powered their way to the finals, with Tzuriel also finishing as finalist in doubles—a strong all-around showing.

Day 2 Update – Barbados Junior International

The intensity continues to rise as our players push through another full day of competition at the National Tennis Centre.

Match Results:
Tzuriel Percival (SKN) delivered a commanding performance, defeating Tedros Charles (TTO) 6-0, 6-0

Shreya Rawat (SKN) stayed in top form with a solid win over Ava Warner (BAR) 6-1, 6-0

Briella Lake (SKN) bounced back strong, securing a confident victory against Teijha Wellington (TTO) 6-0, 6-2

Cadiel Wilkin (SKN) faced a tough challenge against Eli Pati (TTO), going down 6-0, 6-0

Briella Lake (SKN) also battled against Valentina Mendoza (HON), falling 6-3, 6-0

Today marks the conclusion of Day 2 of Round Robin competition for the U14s, while our U12 players continue to gain valuable experience through camp sessions.

The work continues, the growth is evident, and the team keeps showing up with heart and determination.
