So many ways to drop weight, don't forget though, 5 pounds of fat is much bigger than 5 pounds of muscle. If you're working out heavy while cutting sugary calories, you may see that you are slimming down, but staying around the same weight.

We cannot forget our mental health and fitness. Although some of us need the phones due to work or medical, do we need to check them all the time. I deleted my games, turned off notifications for apps and emails, stopped following any news channels or politics. Due to my job, I leave my cell on for calls and texts, but leave it in my pocket when out. Looking up more, relaxing, less worry and stress. Think about your use, look around and see what most the world is missing and what is important to you.
