Heading to Tony Dungy’s All Pro Dad event It’s a big weekend in Indianapolis as Peyton Manning return for the first time, but to begin the weekend, dads from across the city enjoyed time with their kids at Tony Dungy’s All Pro Dad event.
Recently it was asked when our young men heading into High School should be strength training. It should be starting NOW. Strength training is primarily incorporated to prevention of injuries, performance, and mental strength. This will also help the player to come better prepared and capable to compete at the next level. If you are going to Yongsan High you need to be in contact with their Head Football Coach and linking up with them to meet up for training. This mentality needs to be the same you take into the classroom, If you want a 4.0 you need to put in the extra work. Remember if you are leaving PENN you need to start the program now at your current location. If you have any questions feel free to ask for recomendation. If you have left PENN already I would hope parents and player have already met with the Football coach to make sure your son is taking the correct steps, and not come in looking like a Soup Sandwich.
