Full ROM Crew checkin in !

The rolled up yoga mat or foam roller behind the lower back is a game changer. Allows you to get much deeper without lower back pain. Got this tip off the team. Really like the way they lift and promote full ROM for hypertrophy💪

Diet Progress Pics

Week 1 vs Week 10

Only a 4kg difference which is not very good for 10weeks but I've been takin the diet slow to try and preserve as much muscle as I can

First 4 weeks didn't even feel like dieting as I was just coming off a 4000+ cals a day bulk. Just stopped force feeding lol

I progressively dropped cals week by week. Now I'm down to 2200~2300cals a day. Petite Asian girl cals😢 Will see how much leaner I can get until August. May have to dip below 2000cals soon 😭

The 225lbs/102kgs AMRAP Challenge has been trending at .official

Wanted to see how I stack up against the bench lords here. Top 3 numbers are 42reps, 41reps and 32reps😱 There's a couple guys here that have a similar 1RM as me who both got 26reps so I thought I'd get close to that number as well 😭

Lol I do have a list of excuses to make me feel better tho:
- I have a tiny arch (Owner of the gym has told me before that I have no arch)
- I don't know how to leg drive
- I only managed to sleep 4.5hours last night due to an early morning start
- I had a few NZ style binge drinking episodes over the holidays

I'll improve all these factors and try again when my strength is back to its peak
