"레퍼리(심판) 트레이닝 프로그램(RTP)은 심판들의 역량 강화를 위해 설계되었습니다. 사람들이 룰 세미나에 참여하게 되면 약 85% 정도의 기본적인 자격을 갖추게 되면 RTP에 참여할 수 있습니다. RTP는 경기 중 심판의 역할에 더 집중하는 프로그램이며, 대회에서 발생할 수 있는 실수를 최소화하는 데 도움을 주고자 합니다.”
