In this workshop we will learn how to make your upper and low part of the back and your shoulders more flexible. While doing this workshop you will understand how to do Rainbow Marchenko, Cocoon, Eagle(biellman) and Pearl etc. So you will be able to try it.
All levels are welcome.
Wear warm-up clothing. Take with you yoga blocks.
Stay warm.

In this convenient workshop You will be the one who decide what we are going to do. You can ask all the
tricks that you wanted to learn but you were afraid to do or you didn't know the technic.
All girls and boys need to prepare a list of tricks and transitions in advance.( it can be photo, video or painting )
