⚽ Training Tuesday: Ball Control Challenge

Ball control is one fundamental players never outgrow! Set four cones in a small square and dribble inside for 30 seconds, practicing inside and outside touches, sole rolls, pullbacks, and quick changes of direction.

Remember to keep the ball close, use both feet, and look up between touches. Rest for 30 seconds and complete three rounds!

Can you finish each round without touching a cone or losing control? 💪

Our uniform order arrived just in time for our first tournament this weekend! With 80+ players, sorting every item into individual kits and getting them out to our players was no small feat. A huge thank-you to our board members and team managers for jumping in and making it happen! ❤️⚽

If your player did not receive their uniform kit or extra items and will be at the tournament, please come find one of us. If you will not be there this weekend, the remaining items will be available at practice next week.
