A trainer, nutritionist or therapist won’t do the work that you are supposed to do to achieve your goal.
Don’t blame them for not getting the results for the work you didn’t put. They did their part of the job!
Focus on every part of the solution they offer to your problem. Put all the effort, target what costs you the most, don’t procrastinate, GET IT YOURSELF💥

Kicking up some positive energy 💥
Say no to your negative thoughts. Every time you think about something or someone in a bad way, knowledge it and get rid of that though by telling yourself “I don’t want to feel this way anymore, this is not who I am, I am better than this”
It is difficult in the beginning but it actually works. It was part of my daily routine when I decided to change my life back in 2018 ✨
Give it a try and be consistent, we need 21 days to adapt to a new routine!

Don’t be hard on yourself!
We all have been there... always pressured to look good, do good, wear good.
It’s been a tough year, nothing went as planned. So, sit back & have a look at all the times you have been hard on yourself? We could handle things way better & easier but we like to complicate things sometimes.
After lockdown, no traveling and endless eating I have decided to relax and not pressure myself with things that were easier to handle before but not now in this situation.
Hands up for everyone doing their best in this difficult times 🙌🏼 !!

Mindset Sunday ✨
Being present, enjoying every moment, planning the week ahead.
Daily routines are important for everything we have to do / achieve during the week or long term run.
Here are my daily habits to keep track during the week and have everything settled in the right place:
☀️ Early morning alarm
📲 No social media until 9am
🏃🏽♀️ 14.000 steps
💧 3L of water
🏋🏽♂️ 30/45min workout
💟 Positive mindset always

when we used to rock this super women gym team!
We had the best time together, lovely memories that will last forever & most importantly, we grew up as women and as professionals. Helping each other become better every day and cheering up the team!
There were also bad days, but we were better than that. We would make things pass with a simple “toma pufo” or “ a chuparla” and life would move on! You girls know what I’m talking about 😜
I miss everything about the Team/Family, the lovely clients, the view, the running club, the classes... it was the best experience of my life.
Life goes on and so we all did. Everyone took their own path but we will always be connected ♥️ Grateful for every moment & memory we created together 🙏🏼

I used to rush everywhere & be out out the house all the time. Until corona taught me to slow down, relax & enjoy nice sofa time with my buddy.

What are you first thoughts in the morning ❓
Ideally we all want to start our day with positive thoughts. However, this doesn’t happen all the time❌ but it shouldn’t lead us to a “bad day” in a “bad mood”
I recommend setting up the alarm 10/15min earlier to be able to have some time to settle, have some positive thoughts and start the day in a proper way regardless of your first thoughts & feelings.
Drink a glass of water 💧
Write a few words ✏️
Avoid social media 1h ⛔️
Enjoy a powerful day ✨

DISCIPLINE 💥
The personal commitment to do what must be done, regardless of motivation.
You won’t always be motivated, so you need discipline to keep pushing through.
I’ve learned how to be disciplined since a young age. I am grateful to be able to keep myself on the right path always. Professionally and personally ✨
Plan your week ahead, make it happen without procrastinating. Reward yourself after accomplishing all the tasks. A night out, a dinner with friends, a coffee run, a night in with popcorn!
