Unfortunately, the myth that girls shouldn't lift weights is still prevalent in some circles. But the reality is that weightlifting is an amazing form of exercise for anyone, regardless of gender.
So don't be afraid to hit the gym and pick up some weights! Your body will thank you for it. 💪🏋️♀️

Mahdiya is a certified personal trainer and a professional swimming instructor. With more than 8 years of experience, Mahdiya helped many clients reach their health and wellness goals.
She specializes in Core, Strength, Muscle gain, Weight loss, and Circuit training. Mahdiya graduated from ISSA and ASFA and CPR certified. She achieved her master's training certificate.
Her motto: Consistency is all you need to achieve your goals. Never miss a workout two days in a row.
Mahdiya has a warm welcoming personality, do not hesitate drop by and chat with her.
