8 months of consistent training - kinda 🤣
💕 I am injured but training, not going into it, but I've been struggling since July. I keep showing up and doing my best even with limitations bc DOING SOMETHING and training SMART is better than NOTHING.
💓 This was an easy upper body session (mostly). I'm doing a deload week. I think my body needs the rest. And sometimes LESS is MORE 😉♥️✔️
💕 Don't forget to keep talking about Palestine, Congo, and Sudan.

A leg workout that’s guaranteed to give you a sweat and leg pump. Challenge yourself with weight however keep the technique clean. Weight should be 75% of your max! Enjoy and don’t forget to wear a mask, sanitize your hands, and HAVE FUN!
A seated leg curl 3 x 10
B leg press machine (wide stance) 3 x 12
C reverse lunges 3 x 12
D1 hip thrust (smith machine or barbell) 3 x 12 (add b stance left and right 5 reps each)
D2 rdl (db) 3 x 12
E crab walks 3 x 10 e/s
