Leadership isn’t about being the smartest person in the room.
It’s about building a room full of people who don’t need you to make every decision.
Great leaders hire great people.
They provide clarity.
They create trust.
They develop ownership.
Then they step back and allow people to do what they were hired to do.
If your team can’t function without you, you’ve built dependency.
If your team can thrive without you, you’ve built leadership.
The true measure of a leader isn’t how many people follow them.
It’s how many people can lead because of them.

From 64kg to 70kg until The Ultimate Goal: 78–80kg of Quality Mass
Over the past year, Essa and I have focused on far more than just training sessions. We worked on building sustainable habits inside and outside the gym. Nutrition, consistency, recovery, discipline, and learning how to train with purpose.
When we started, Essa was 186 cm and around 64 kg. Today, he has reached 70 kg, continues to gain quality muscle mass, is getting noticeably stronger, and is lifting heavier week after week. More importantly, his entire approach to training and nutrition has changed. The process is no longer temporary it has become part of his lifestyle.
This was never about chasing quick results. It was about building a system he can carry for life.
“Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.”
The same applies to training:
Anyone can follow a program for a few weeks, but learning how to train, recover, and fuel your body properly creates long-term transformation.
Proud of the work, consistency, and patience Essa has shown throughout this journey. We are only getting started.

Lead by the standard you set.
Not the one you talk about.
Not the one written in the policy.
The one you actually live every rep, every rounded shoulder you correct, every email you answer when no one’s watching.
Your team doesn’t follow your instructions.
They follow your behavior.
Cut a corner once and they learn where the edges are.
Hold the line and the line holds them.
You cannot demand from others what you have not first demanded from yourself.
Leadership isn’t control. It’s the example — repeated, until it becomes culture.

CASE STUDY: FROM FORMER PLAYER → HIGH-PERFORMANCE ADULT
Adel isn’t training for aesthetics alone.
He’s training to perform, stay injury-free, and show up sharp on the pitch and on TV.
Former football player.
Now:
* Competes in 5v5 football
* Plays padel regularly
* Works as a football analyst on TV (presentation matters)
THE OBJECTIVE
Maintain:
* Strength
* Movement quality
* VO₂ capacity
* A lean, professional physique
All without breaking down.
THE SYSTEM (Simple. Repeatable. Effective.)
Morning Strength Foundation
* Structured resistance training
* Focus: force production, joint integrity, durability
Afternoon Recovery + Fuel
* High-protein intake to support adaptation
* Controlled nutrition → not random eating
Evening Game Exposure
* Football sessions = conditioning + skill retention
* Keeps VO₂ max high without artificial cardio
Night Sleep Discipline
* Early sleep = recovery multiplier
* Verified through WHOOP data → consistent high recovery scores
WHY THIS WORKS
This is not random training. It’s aligned stress management:
* Strength → builds the system
* Sport → expresses the system
* Nutrition → supports the system
* Sleep → restores the system
Most people miss this integration. That’s why they stay stuck or get injured.
THE RESULT
* Stronger on the field
* Injury-resistant
* Consistent energy levels
* Lean, presentable physique for TV
THE REAL TAKEAWAY
You don’t need complexity.
You need structure + consistency + intent.
CALL TO ACTION
If you’re:
* Still playing competitively
* Want to stay injury-free
* And look like you actually train
Then you need a system not guesswork.
DM “PERFORMANCE” to build yours.
