Zainab has been associated with FWU since 11 years. She resumed classes after a short break. Due to lack of physical activity she gained some weight.
She had been an active participant giving her 100% to the challenge. She bought a unique vibe to the class with her vibrant smile. I may sound biased but I do hv a soft corner for her.
When speaking of commitment one can really look up to Zainab. She has proven herself each time given an opportunity.
This tiny charming personality with 2 left feet, though she got many of her moves wrong… she was highly determined to achieve her fitness goals.

CF Seadon 3, was first time attempt by FWU to cater to a particular category of women. Women who are “ Obese, hv Health Issues, Joint Pains, Menopausal or are Beginners “ and are seeking guidance and support to get started with their fitness journey were are too priorities.
The format of the program was formulated on LIIT/ SPLIT & HIIT with the aim of keeping low impact but enough challenging for all fitness levels.
The challenge took off on 5th, aiming high but very uncertain of what the final outcome Wd be.
It gives me immense pleasure to share the results. Diana Jose, online participant, topper of one our previous seasons resumed back nearly after a break of 8 months. We are extremely happy to share that she once again stood out with amazing 22 inches drop. Consistency is the key and you have made it once again.

With low impact version of Control Freak Challenge, the results in 5 weeks are much as expected. Intensive Toning took over High Impact Cardio. Workouts were compiled keeping the age, health complications and ability of our current participants in mind.
Juno being a beginner who hadn’t exercised for years, it seemed quite a struggle for her initially.
But with the guidance of her coach within first few sessions, Juno was seen to be getting better with her workouts & completing her reps. In the 4th week of the CF Challenge we heard her say to Sammy… now you can raise the bar.. we are ready for more 💪🏻💪🏻.
These tiny cute statements help us measure our our clients progress… Juno seemed determined & here she is making Sammy & me super proud of her achievements.

Control Freak Season was more focused towards assisting a category of women who were on that stage of life where they were either too obese or had health issues which limited their ability to exercise.
The workouts were low impact with minimal cardio and very doable. Yet challenging for every fitness level. The results have more incline towards inchloss than weightloss this season.
Anita’s results were more visible in 3 weeks time.. she lost in inches as expected. She had been seen to make conscious changes ever since CF challenge began… it didn’t go unnoticed as to how adamant she was to follow every single instruction & not just her alone but she also pushed her team pals to do the same. She actively volunteered on groups and in class we could hear her hooting often encouraging everyone at every step.
Infact of our clients Aishah_GK also complimented saying she was very inspiring & she looked upto her.
