Денят ми започна с едно изключително приятно и вдъхновяващо дамско събитие, организирано от Vichy Laboratoires. Те отново ни напомниха колко е важно да се грижим за себе си.☺️
Говорихме за балансираното хранене, правилния прием на добавки, психичното здраве и, разбира се, за грижата за кожата. Атмосферата беше топла, зареждаща и изпълнена с внимание към всеки детайл.
А след това… продължихме със спорт! Тренирахме заедно, облечени в супер сладки брандирани екипи, което направи преживяването още по-специално. Именно тази връзка между грижата за тялото, движението и вътрешния баланс е това, което прави подобни моменти толкова ценни.
Напомняне, че когато отделяме време за себе си, всичко останало започва да си идва на мястото 🤍
