✔️What is the 🧠 mind muscle connection❓
💡 As you know, movement is controlled by the brain. The first step towards muscular contraction is a signal sent by the brain to your muscles telling them to contract. You might say that the mind-muscle connection (MMC) occurs at something called the "neuromuscular junction". This is where the mind meets the body.👇 يبعث الدماغ إشارات إلى عضلاتنا من خلال الأعصاب الحركية
للجهاز العصبي حتى تقوم بالانمكاش أو التمدد لنتمكن من الحركة.
و تسمى هذه العملية بالتواصل العقلي - العضلي (MIND MUSCLE CONNECTION و تتم عن طريق ناقل عصبي يسمى بالAcetylcholine .
كلما تدرب نفسك على التواصل العقلي العضلي (MIND MUSCLE CONNECTION) كلما زادت اشارات الAcetylcholine . و ينتج عن هذه العملية تنشيط جميع ألياف العضلة المستهدفة.
يكون التواصل العقلي العضلي (MIND MUSCLE CONNECTION) من خلال التركيز الكامل على رفع الوزن بالعضلة المستهدفة دون غيرها و عزل باقي عضلات الجسم.
على سبيل المثال تمرين سحب الكابل (lat pulldown) للمجنص(latissimus dorsi) :
يجب ان تتخيل ان ذراعيك مجرد رابط بين ظهرك و الألة التي تتمرن عليها.
و يتم التركيز الكامل على جذب الوزن للاسفل بعضلة المجنص (latissimus dorsi) فقط بدون اي تدخل من عضلة البايسبس.
