Sorry been a bit of blur. Ok so we lost the last game to Singapore 24 to 0 mainly due to the fact that the lads were very very tired. However we played better yet again and everyone is healthy so it's all been well and truly worth while. Today the lads made breakfast for everyone, The Cayman teams, volunteers and our helpers which was awesome. We are off to lunch with Donald from CIOC and then off to the deep sea trench before home pack and sleep. The trip has been amazing. photos on way from the last three days I think. See you al in Cayman thanks for all of the support for the boys

Another beautiful morning in Samoa. Boys starting to surface slowly. Those I have seen feeling ok. Chelsea says we may be up to 8.5 players which is an improvement as well. A few battered puppies but as it has been all week I am sure I will once again be stunned by the Cayman pride. will try and get some photos today sorry was busy videoing and running water etc yesterday. Singapore up at 10:22. This is our medal game. I hope we are not too sore and tired after 4 games.
