Welcome to our newest yoga instructor at The Club, Albena Garnett.
Albena is from Bulgaria where she started practicing yoga more than 15 years ago. She has a Master's Degree in Psychology and received her Hatha Yoga Teacher Certificate from the Sivananda Ashram in the Bahamas in 2018.
Albena is excited to share her experience, discipline and knowledge with others. Join her on The Club lawn at 5:30pm today for yoga.

> Renee's yoga class is now at 12:15pm on Fridays (instead of 3:30pm).
> Sabrina is teaching a second spin class at 12:15pm every Friday (in addition to her 12:15pm class on Wednesdays).

This is what you can expect to see on your Wellness Walks every Wednesday with Coach Tim Heath.
Food growing on the thriving plants in the Cricket Square gardens that are placed strategically amongst the buildings and lawns. While you can harvest any of the produce, you can be certain to enjoy at all venues including the The Brasserie, Market and Caboose Cayman.
