📚⚽️ CIFA Hosts Concacaf Executive Mentorship Program Workshop

The Cayman Islands Football Association recently welcomed Concacaf and FIFA representatives to the CIFA Centre of Excellence for a two-day Executive Mentorship Program workshop focused on leadership, governance and football administration.

The workshop, held May 18-19, forms part of Concacaf’s ongoing initiative to support the growth and development of its Member Associations through education and best practices both on and off the field.

Concacaf Director of Caribbean Member Associations Affairs Howard McIntosh said the programme reflects the importance of building strong foundations away from the pitch, noting that the quality of work done off the field directly impacts the growth and success of football on the field — benefiting players, organisations and the wider community.

Sessions throughout the workshop focused on governance, leadership, administration and organizational structure, with discussions designed to support the continued development of CIFA and football in the Cayman Islands.

Scholars ISC struck four times in a 16-minute stretch during the first half on Sunday to secure a 4-1 victory over Latinos FC in Cayman Islands Premier League action.
