Fun fact:
Tapsilog is basically tapa, sinangag(fried rice) and itlog(egg). The term tapsilog is first used in 1980's in a restaurant in Marikina, Philippines. Originally a breakfast dish but has become an all time favorite comfort food of the filipino people to the point that we even eat it right after a long night of drinking sessions. Yes. Pinoys eat rice before they sleep! 😂
