Congratulations to our swimmers, coaches & parents on the Vientiane Swimming Federation’s (VSF) first international representation at the AOSI SC Championships 2026 in Bangkok!

We’re incredibly proud of our ASW Sharks for their performance, sportsmanship and determination 💪

What a milestone! The VSF squad finished 10th out of 70+ teams ! More than results, this mission was about new friendships and bringing our swimming community closer together.

A Stadium for All — Inclusive Fashion Show

On August 25, ASW was honoured to join the special Inclusive Fashion Show & Pre-Completion Kickoff Event at the Lao Budo Center, co-hosted by JICA Laos -ອົງການຮ່ວມມືສາກົນຍີ່ປຸ່ນ- and the Ministry of Education and Sports, celebrating the upcoming completion of the Chao Anouvong Stadium renovation 🇱🇦✨

ASW COO Anthony Stadel attended the event and joined a special visit to the newly renovated stadium, which is now nearing completion. 🏟️

At ASW, we strongly believe that sport should be inclusive and accessible to everyone. We were especially excited to hear that the renewed Chao Anouvong Stadium is being developed as a stadium for all — a place for sport, tourism, businesses, the wider public, and people with disabilities. 🤝❤️

It was a fantastic event bringing the community together, celebrating inclusion, and building excitement for what is to come. 🙌

We are very excited to see the stadium fully completed and officially opened this October!

🏊‍♂️🔥 FINAL SQUAD PREPARATION TO AOSI at ສະຫະພັນລອຍນ້ຳ ນະຄອນຫຼວງ Vientiane Swimming Federation 🏆

What an amazing final training session this morning! The pool was full of energy, noise, laughter and, most importantly, team spirit! 💙

Swimmers from V2A and ASW came together today for our final preparations before the AOSI Short Course Swimming Championships 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand 🇹🇭.

We worked hard on relays, starts and turns, but just as importantly, our swimmers had the chance to connect, bond and enjoy being part of one team. 🤝🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

And what better way to finish than with a birthday song for two of our swimmers, one from V2A and one from ASW, celebrating their recent birthdays! 🎂🎉

ASW would like to extend a huge thank you to the Vientiane Swimming Federation for making it possible for our swimmers to train together for the entire month at the Vientiane Swimming Federation home pool. 🙏

After these sessions, we truly feel united, connected and ready to take on the challenge together in the race pool! 💪🇱🇦
