Don't believe the b.s. you hear about eating after 8pm! It's really all nonsense. I believe some use this as method to restrict calories and late night binge eating but it all comes down to a calorie equation. β β β β β β β β β

In all honesty eating fruit before bed can actually improve your sleep. Often when we wake up in the middle of the night our brain lacking the glycogen it needs which specifically comes from fructose. β β β β β β β β β
