Think you have the mobility and core strength to pull this off? It looks simple until you’re glued to the wall!

​The Rules:
1. ​Stand with your heels, glutes, and back flat against the wall.

2. ​Lean forward and touch the floor without moving your heels or bending your knees.

3. ​The Real Test: Rise back up to a full standing position without your glutes leaving the wall or your knees buckling.

​Tag a friend who thinks they’re flexible!

Not everything gets fixed by thinking harder.

Some problems get better when you move your body.

Wake up → drink water.
Stressed → move around.
Tired → go for a walk.
Not sure what to do → breathe.
Angry → go work out.
Feeling down → go outside, get some sun.

Your body can fix things your brain can't fix on its own.

Take care of your body.
Work out.
And your brain will feel better too.

Best pre-workout: Salt + Water
→ better pumps, better performance, fewer headaches

Best fat burner: No junk food
→ appetite control + calorie deficit without suffering

Best mood booster: Walking
→ lowers stress, clears your head, improves sleep

Best workout plan: Consistency
→ the plan doesn't matter if you keep quitting

Best recovery: Sleep
→ muscle growth + fat loss + hormones = all depend on it

Do these for 12 months before asking about "advanced supplements."
