You don’t need to move more.
You need to move better.
Because the truth is…
Most women are not in pain from “lack of exercise.”
They are in pain from:
– Poor movement patterns
– Compensation in the body
– A nervous system that is already overloaded
So when you push harder…You don’t heal.
You increase the stress on your body.
Day 5 is where we refine.
We don’t add more.
We correct, align, and retrain.
Because when movement is done right:

✔️ Strength builds naturally
This is how real, lasting results happen.

In physiotherapy, we often chase mobility, strength, and “fixing” symptoms.
But without regulating the nervous system, the body stays in protection mode and progress stays temporary.
The nervous system regulation is what allows real, lasting results:
• Muscles release instead of guarding
• Pain decreases instead of shifting
• Movement becomes sustainable, not forced
This is why I integrate regulation into every physio approach.

But in practice, I kept seeing the same pattern:
