We are excited to bring you a new series of *Hiking and Sound Bath* experiences across Lebanon.
Our first journey begins on *August 8 at Rweiss Grotto, Aaqoura* .
The experience starts with a guided hike through nature, leading you to the heart of the grotto. There, you’ll be immersed in a truly one of a kind experience: a sound bath inside the cave, where the natural acoustics, the stillness, and the energy of the space come together to create a deeply restorative journey.
*We will gather at 3:30 PM* , allowing us to finish before sunset. As you emerge from the cave, you’ll be welcomed by one of the most breathtaking sunsets, the perfect way to end the day.
Whether you’re looking to reconnect with nature, slow down, or simply experience something different, this is an adventure that nourishes both body and mind.

What began as a simple invitation to breathe together became something much greater. It became a reminder of the strength of our community, the beauty of human connection, and the hope we continue to carry for our country.
Seeing a hundred people come together, moving, breathing, and sharing the same intention was truly inspiring. For one evening, we put everything else aside and chose presence, peace, and unity.
