Starting in October, Aikido training will take place twice a week at
“A Solution @ Le Centre,”
College Protestant Français, Beirut:

Mondays: 6:00 – 7:30 PM

Thursdays: 6:30 – 7:45 PM

The new schedule begins on Thursday, October 2nd.

Even grandmas and grandpas can do it!
You can always practice Aikido without fear.. it's softer (and safer) than it looks!
And you can do it however you feel: gently or firmly..
