Astrid Welti Pilates

Astrid is a very expirienced Trainer. She is also experienced in using Pilates as a method of treatment and exercise for her Pilates clients.

Since 2004 she has been working as a Fitness Instructor and Pilates Group and Personal Trainer with a diverse communitiy of people, including women's sports teams, children and seniors. Astrid Welti, born in Zurich, Switzerland, in 1975, grew up in Zurich, Berne and London. She is a mother of two boys aged 6 and 4 and lives in Beirut. Education:
