key point: " وسع الأجرين" “Stance is the foundation” – picked up from the Level 1 Certification Course
What does this mean?
“The way I see it, stance is the foundation of the house.
Grip (المسكة) is the walls. Position (الوضعية) is the roof.
Without a firm foundation, everything else will just crumble.” –
“The fundamentals of weightlifting consist of stance, grip, and position. Stance is a critical fundamental because it can be said that 90% of misses are due to improper footwork.” – p. 5 of the Level 1 Certification Training Guide

⚖️ During the holidays, it’s easy to get carried away with festive meals and celebration drinks, and you should enjoy them.
But remember: balance is what matters most. Don’t abandon your routine. Keep showing up for your training so bouncing back feels easier. 🔥
