Happy Holidays.
Quick question: when you think about 2025, what’s the first thing that comes to mind?
The goals you didn’t hit? The systems you meant to install? The revenue target you missed?
Here’s what years of coaching have taught me: we’re great at focusing on what went wrong—and terrible at recognizing what actually moved the business forward.
Before 2026 starts, do this:
Write down everything you did this year that made progress, no matter how small.
• You hired and kept someone
• You organized your customer data
• You showed up on hard days
• You made payroll
• You installed one system that still works
Those aren’t “small things.” Those are real wins.
Strong, profitable businesses aren’t built in one breakthrough—they’re built through consistent 1% improvements and showing up, over and over again. And you did that in 2025.
