Osteothai

Osteothai is a powerful, holistic massage that bridges Eastern and Western healing philosophies by merging traditional Thai yoga massage with the precise principles of osteopathy. Practiced on a comfortable floor mat while fully clothed, a customized sequence alternates between rhythmic yoga stretches, targeted acupressure, and gentle osteopathic touch. This structural and energetic approach deepens the breath, releases chronic tension, and regulates the nervous system to restore the body’s innate alignment, flexibility, and fluid balance.

Omar Dilaty is a registered body therapist and the founder of Yadan Wellness. Originally from Beirut and now based in Berlin, Omar’s background as a professional dancer sparks his deep curiosity for movement and physical anatomy. Having completed intensive training in Thai yoga massage, osteothai, and classical styles across Germany, Laos, India, Spain, and Lebanon, he approaches bodywork as a meditative, sacred dialogue between giver and receiver. Through mindful touch and deep presence, Omar creates a safe, dedicated space to help you honor your body, release stress, and find lasting inner stillness.
