This Contemporary Lyrical Workshop is open to all levels aged 12 and above.
🕑7PM-9PM
The first hour will focus on technical training, including floor work exercises, movement quality, and across-the-floor combinations. The second hour will be dedicated to learning and developing a choreography that blends contemporary technique with lyrical expression and musicality.
Students should wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement. Black attire is preferred, and the class will be taken barefoot.
This workshop aims to improve body awareness, fluidity, coordination, emotional expression, and performance quality in a supportive and creative environment.
