Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It kick-starts your metabolism, helping you burn calories throughout the day. It also gives you the energy you need to get things done and helps you focus at work. You can try mixing a healthy bowl of: Oats, 0% fat milk, 1 tablespoon Peanut butter, ½ or 1 small banana, some blueberries & blackberries and 8 or 10 pieces of almonds.
This meal guarantees you get all the necessary nutrients that include fibers, calcium, protein healthy fats, magnesium and vitamin E, which will lower blood sugar levels, reduced blood pressure and lower cholesterol levels. They can also reduce hunger and promote weight loss.
