The camp will be conducted by former West Indies fast bowler Ottis Gibson. The region’s most promising fast bowlers will develop their craft under the guidance of Gibson and the CWI high-performance unit, which comprises expertise in coaching, medical, sports science, and strength and conditioning.

Josh spoke to us about his West Indies ambitions, how strength training has helped him become a better bowler, and carrying on the legacy of his late brother, Chaz Cepal, who was also a talented cricketer.
