BLUE BERET Training Academy

This organization is a paramilitary Unit and shall be responsible for the training of all uniform youth groups on the island of St. Lucia free of cost.

Strictly Paramilitary Training in various Subject Areas. The Instructors of Blue Beret Training Academy would have attended Military Academies in either of the following countries:
Guyana, French Guiana, Barbados, Jamaica, England, Zambia, Nigeria and America.
