Coney Island St.Lucia/Simply Poppin World of Goodies

I am a young entrepreneur from the town of Gros Islet seeking to establish a Coney Island facility in the recreational area of the Pigeon Island causeway boarding the town of Gros-Islet. This area, measuring two point two five (2.25) acres.
Having noted the almost complete absence of recreational facilities for children in the densely populated north of St.Lucia, I have developed a proposal to establish a Coney Island facility in the recreational area that would allow it to be used for family recreation, with emphasis on the children. The Coney Island facility will comprise a number of fun rides, similar to those shown in the enclosed picture. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in making this operation a reality.

This idea was brought to the attention of the government in 2007 and it was agreed by several persons of the constituency that it is indeed a good idea. This sight will attract beach volley ball players, many mini bus drivers will benefit from this newly constructed park. Families, parents please be on the lookout !
