The SOUTHERN FLYING FISH (SFF) is a swim club based in the south of Saint Lucia. Established in December 2003.
The membership ranges from toddlers who are learning to swim to some of the most elite competitive swimmers on the island. The club has produced many outstanding swimmers evident by our overall performance in regional and local meets, some of whom have been selected to represent Saint Lucia on the GoodWill, OECS, Carifta and CCCAN National Teams. This past Sunday, May 3rd, 2026, Southern Flying Fish proudly competed at the 5th LA Relay Carnival 2026 with a team of 15 swimmers β 11 females and 4 males. Every swimmer placed within the Top 8, contributing valuable points to the club! ππ

The 26th Rodney Heights Aquatic Centre (RHAC) Invitational Swim Meet 2026 took place from April 9th β 12th, 2026, bringing together swimmers from across the region for four exciting days of competition π₯
The Southern Flying Fish Swim Club (SFF) proudly fielded a small but determined team of 9 swimmers β 8 females and 1 male β who represented with pride, resilience, and team spirit π±π¨ππ€π€
