I learn about cultures I’ve never heard of, I eat food that I can scarcely pronounce, I meet friends that help me connect the dots in my map of life. More importantly, I learn that home is where you find peace. Every day I find solitude in embracing a new environment and the challenges that come with it. I leave each morning with only one goal in mind, to fully embrace the journey of today. Whether that sees me hiking in the woods, fishing by the lake or taking a traveling in an unknown culture, I know that I am equipped to face the mysteries that lay ahead.
