Den Meisten von uns ist klar, dass Bewegung gut tut, fettiges Essen und zu viel Arbeit schlecht ist, aber trotzdem verdrängen wir dieses Wissen im Alltag. Deshalb ist es manchmal nötig, dass wir jemanden haben, der uns anleitet, anstiftet, auch mal ermahnt, vor allem aber motiviert. Kurz gesagt: „Wir brauchen jemanden, der uns auf die Sprünge hilft.“
