මෙමඟින් නේවාසිකව පුහුණුව ලබන පූර්ව සේවා ගුරු පුහුණු ලාභී ශිෂ්ය හිමිවරුන්ට විෂ රසායනික මත්ද්රව්ය හා ඊට ගොදුරු වීමට පවතින අවදානම, මුදවා ගැනීම සඳහා ගත යුතු ක්රියාමාර්ග මෙන් ම ස්වකීය විහාරස්ථාන හා අවට සමාජය මෙම ව්යසනය හමුවේ ආරක්ෂා කර ගැනීමට මැදිහත් විය යුතු ආකාරය පිළිබඳව අවබෝධයක් ලබා දුනි.
