Boxing is a high-intensity sport that depends on multiple energy systems — mainly the ATP-PC system (explosive power) and the glycolytic system (anaerobic endurance), with support from the aerobic system (recovery and stamina).
Without proper conditioning:
You lose power in later rounds
Your reaction time slows down
Your technique breaks under fatigue
