The Pre-Participation Medical Camp for Team Sri Lanka athletes in Basketball, Athletics, Wrestling, and Sailing was held on 12th February 2026 at the Institute of Sports Medicine (ISM) Institute of Sport and Exercise Medicine.

Athletes underwent blood testing, psychrometry assessments, musculoskeletal evaluations, respiratory spirometry tests, nutrition planning with their coaches, and final medical reviews.
