Detox 28 has supported many people on their reset and wellness journeys since we began in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in March 2011, and this page holds valuable content and shared experiences from along the way.
Moving forward, this page will be used mainly for program and book launches, special updates, and key announcements, rather than regular posting.
This shift allows me to focus on delivering high-quality programs while maintaining balance and sustainability in my work.
