Lactic Acid Training - A Different Way To Lose Fat

The release of lactic acid is associated with hard training.That intense burning sensation after a hard set - that's lactic acid building up in your muscles when your body enters into oxygen debt during intense exercise.But what you probably didn't know is that lactic acid can unlock the key to rapid fat loss while preserving muscle.

The lactic acid training is a style of training, designed to force your body to produce a lot of lactic acid in the muscles you work.The presence of lactic acid will cause an increase in both growth hormone and testosterone production by the body. These are two of the most anabolic and lipolytic hormones in the human body.This means your body will burn fat at an increased pace while preserving muscle.

If done right,a typical lactic acid workout should last about 45 minutes.A good practice is to work on antagonist muscle groups (chest and back for an example) in one session, and choose "the most bang for the buck" multi-joint exercises.A very few and short rest periods between the sets will ensure a lot of lactic acid buildup and additional fat loss.

Here are some tips that will help you not to fall under the “influence” of unhealthy snack foods:

Activate it, try your best. Your goal starts at the grocery store, go buy a healthy snack foods such as fruits, vegetables and nuts. Stick to peanut butter and other nuts that are satisfying and delicious. For example, if you go to a friend’s house, bring snacks with you – just drop an apple or banana in your backpack or purse.

Get rid of bad foods in your kitchen. While buying healthy food is crucial, it is equally important to rid your storage of unhealthy options such as cookies, ice cream and potato chips.


Think about how you will feel after a snack. When choosing a snack, take a moment or two to think about how you will feel in another hour. Will be glad you ate it? How will you feel the next day?


Use portions. Overeating is overeating, even when it includes a healthy snack. To prevent overeating, always portion out your snacks in small bowl or small plate. Remember – when you eat directly out of the box or bag, it’s impossible to keep track of your portions.


Find yourself (new) hobby. Snacking is not a hobby like playing soccer or collecting badges. The purpose of a snack is not for passing the time – it is a “fuel” that your body needs between meals. Instead of dealing with the boredom of eating food, find another hobby.

If you are struggling to build Back muscle .this is the best workout .

1.Wide grip pull ups 4 until failure
2.Lat wide grip pull downs (video) 4 10-12
3.Seated cable rows (video) 4 10-12
4.Dead lifts (video) 4 8
5.Hyper extensions (video) 4 until failure


Always use a Lift belt ,when working out the Back

1. Pull ups:

Targeting the lats (especially with wide grip), shoulders, biceps and grip, this exercise with many different varieties, you’ll never get bored. You can overload this movement with a variety of implements like dumbbells, chains or weight vest.



2. Lat wide grip pulldowns:

Primarily, it works the lat muscles, but you will also feel this exercise in your biceps and traps. Make sure that when pulling bars not doing any sudden moves and not to lean back too much. Your back throughout the entire movement must remain flat and toned.


3. Seated cable rows:

When performing be careful and make sure you do not make sudden movements. Do them correctly and you’ll be targeting your lats, rhomboids, biceps, grip and posterior delts.

4. Deadlifts:

It is a very demanding exercise that is very stressful to the muscles and the central nervous system, so while performing should be alert and pay attention to proper technique ex*****on. With deadlifts works many different muscles such as the back muscles, lower back muscles and leg muscles – so they are extremely effective in creating one strong and firm figure generally.

5. Hyperextensions:

Be careful not to lifting or lower torso rash. All movements must be controlled and smooth manner. You can overload this movement with olympic plates.
